My role

I lead the People function at Epsilon India. Together with my team and the leaders here, we are working to create a vibrant workplace by putting people at the center of all we do.

My story

I’ve worked in all areas of HR in a career spanning 17 years across varied industries and in the last 10, have held regional and global HR leadership roles. I am passionate about collaborating with the business to design and implement innovative HR, leadership and talent initiatives that bring value to Epsilon and our associates.

I joined Epsilon as we were setting up our India office and have partnered with a diverse set of stakeholders to grow and scale the India organization to over 2,000 associates. Along with the team, I aspire to deliver an experience of working at Epsilon that is delightful and ensure that our associates feel supported, developed and well informed to do their best work. 

My philosophy

HR needs to act with integrity, impartiality and independence to influence and shape organizational culture to attract, motivate and retain great talent.
