Often, the primary area we start client engagements with is strategy consulting and analytics. We engage with clients to define their marketing and loyalty strategy along with a clear roadmap on how to achieve it. We then go on to ensure that the best strategy is executed and business value is fully realized.
I come to Epsilon with over 20 years of experience, helping clients achieve transformational benefits through data and technology. In that time, I have worked for organizations that specialize in marketing strategy, data ecosystems, industry value chain analytics and machine learning applications, within the Financial services, Telco, Retail and Media industries.
Having worked for clients in the US, Middle-East, Asia-Pacific including India, I am reasonably conversant in how the value chain levers are different by markets and where the most opportunities are in improving the core value of a business.
