My role

I lead the Agency practice in Bangalore, Epsilon India. The first of our offices to be opened outside of the United States, we’ve set up a full service agency office in every sense of the term. Taking the best of what advertising used to be, and blending it with what advertising should be.

In an era where agencies find themselves at a disadvantage as they splinter across many functions, we experience the joy of working in a full service set up – Take Account Management, Strategy, Creative and Production, add to that Analytics, Data Science, Research, Social Media, UI, UX and hold your breath – even Media strategy and Services – and you get the advertising spirit of the past that is now steeped in the future. Driving actionable strategy and creative recommendations that are always based on data, my team and I feel fortunate to be able to pursue career choices we love in such an empowered and enabling environment.

My story

I’ve grown in the Account Management function working in some of India’s top agencies, primarily delivering traditional media solutions to some of India’s most powerful marketing companies. And spent a good number of years learning and delivering analytics solutions in one of the world’s largest IT companies. A combination of these experiences has helped me understand the vision for Epsilon Agency, and grow a large team that is equally passionate about what we’re setting out to build.

When not at work, I see myself as a river-warrior, being part of a small but passionate group that fights to save the river Cauvery, lifeline to large parts of South India.
